The Glen Gators Swim Team (GGST) is a competitive age group swimming program which has been serving Schuyler County and the surrounding area for over 25 years. We emphasize skill development and personal growth. Our club competes in the Southern Tier Swim League (STSL), and is organized under the auspices of USA Swimming, Niagara District. We have two seasons: Spring (May - July) and Fall-Winter (November - March). Practice sessions are located in Watkins Glen High School, and at times during the summer, the outdoor Olympic pool at Watkins Glen State Park. Attendance isn't mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. Anyone 7 years and older who can swim the width of the pool is welcome to join the team. Coaches will evaluate swimmers and place them in the appropriate practice group.
